    本研究の目的は,2,6-ジブロモピリジン(DBP)のような適切なかさ高さと塩基性をもつ塩基はLewis酸と可逆的なLewisペアとなり両立できるという特性を利用してアルケンの求電子置換を広く確立すること,および塩基の本質的な役割を見出すことである.R3年度は,触媒的アシル化やホスフィノ化について検討し,以下の結果を得た. 1.InCl3を触媒とする混合酸無水物によるアルケンの触媒的Friedel-Craftsアシル化:本反応は,アリルケトンを与えるアルケンでは良好な収率で反応が進行していたが,ビニルケトンを与えるアルケンの適用性について課題があった.このことについて,生じるカチオンがジベンジル位となる安定性の高い1,1-ジフェニルエチレン類を用いて検討していたが,生成物の分解が主な問題であることがわかった.一方,より不安定と考えられた単純なスチレン類ではある程度の収率で反応が進行することがわかった. 2.アルケンのクロロジフェニルホスフィンによる求電子的ホスフィノ化:AlCl3/DBPの組み合わせでは1,1-ジフェニルエチレン以外では収率が低いという課題があったが,AgOTf/ピリジンの組み合わせを利用することにより,種々のアルケンのホスフィノ化が良好な収率で進行した.また,31P NMRによりこれら両系で異なる活性種が観測された.また,塩基は活性種に関与せず,プロトン引き抜きの補助もしくは分解の抑制に寄与することが示唆された.さらに,ホスフィノ化試薬として,クロロ亜リン酸エステルも利用できた.

    We investigated the development of substitution reaction of vinyl C-H bond of alkenes by utilizing the property that strong Lewis acid and weak base having suitable bulkiness are in dissociation equilibrium. As a result, we achieved electrophilic borylation and Friedel-Crafts acylation of alkenes. We also expanded the applicability of the carboxylation to substrates having coordinating functional groups by the choice of the combination of Lewis acid/base and substrate designing. Furthermore, we could obtain the promising knowledge about Friedel-Crafts alkylation and catalytic Friedel-Crafts acylation.

    Ligands with highly preorganized coordination environment are necessary for the development of high-performance metal extractants, high-sensitivity sensors, and highly functional metal-complex catalysts to attain high affinity and selectivity toward metal ions. In this study, we synthesized OH-X hybrid-type calixarenes having two coordinating functional groups X instead of two distal OH groups of p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene by our previously developed method and evaluated their recognition abilities toward metal ions. By positioning metal ions near the calix framework, we could create high-performance and highly selective metal extractants, palladium complex catalysts showing unprecedented selectivity, and a highly sensitive and highly selective mercury sensor.

    In this work, Suzuki-coupling and Heck reaction catalyzed by nanoporous Pd (PdNPore) which was fabricated by dealloying of the metallic glass alloy consists of Ni-Pd-P system were developed. This material can be used repeatedly without support, stabilizer, and ligand, because the morphology is the monolithic bulk metal. Furthermore, the one step synthetic method of formamides via aerobic oxidation in the presence of nanoporous Au (AuNPore) as a catalyst was developed. This reaction proceeds under ambient pressure, and methanol is preferentially-oxidized in the coexistence of alkylamine.
