    Provided are a neural network device and an operation condition determination method with which it is possible to reduce power consumption. A neural network device 10 comprises: a processor 12; a power supply unit 14; and an operation condition determination unit 16. The processor 12 has a logic arithmetic circuit 21 and a memory 22, and performs recognition processing on processing object data by a convolutional neural network. An output control circuit 32 of the power supply unit 14 adjusts writing current so that recognition accuracy can satisfy preset setting accuracy and become a setting value that is set lower than a prescribed value determined so as to invert a bit of a memory cell 24.
